1. Promoter

Believe International, Sarl registered under the number B230194, with its registered office 5, place de la gare, L-1616 Luxembourg, Luxembourg (hereafter « the Promoter ») organizes free sweepstakes, with no necessary purchase, from {startDate} to {endDate} at midnight, accessible at {operationUrl} (hereafter « the Sweepstakes »).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes are open to all residents from {territory} aged {minimumAge} years or over at the time of their participation (the “Participant”), except employees of the Promoter and its affiliated companies, or of its suppliers, service providers, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Each Participant can only participate once (same name and/or address and/or phone number and/or email address).

3. How to enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, the Participant shall:

Save a piece of content from {artistName} in the music streaming service of his/her choice (Spotify, Apple Music, etc,)
Fill in and validate the online participation form.

The Participant is responsible for all service costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes (if any), such as internet connection costs. The Participant will not be able to request reimbursement of such costs from the Promoter.

4. Selection of winner(s)

{winnersCount} winners will be chosen by a computer processed random draw within 15 days following the end of the Sweepstakes (the “Winners”).

The Winner(s) will be informed by email or text message within 7 days following the draw (the “Notification”) and must provide in answer his/her name and a postal address where the prize will be sent, if this prize cannot be sent by email. Other Participants will not be contacted by the Promoter. However, the results of the draw will be published online following the draw.

5. Prizes

The randomly selected winners will win the following prizes:

These prizes cannot be substituted (including for cash) or exchanged.

The prize delivery will be undertaken by the Promoter, at their cost, by post or email within 30 days of the Notification.

Any prize which cannot be delivered, or is sent back to the Promoter for reasons not attributable to the Promoter (wrong address provided, no answer from the Participant, etc.) can be claimed by the Winner for up to 3 months following the Notification. After this time, the prize can no longer be claimed and there will be a redraw. The redraw, notification of new winners, and publication of new winners, will be conducted in the same way as the original draw.

6. Liability

The Promoter shall not be held responsible for Force Majeure events, or any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, affecting the Sweepstakes. In such a case, the Promoter can, at its sole discretion, cancel, modify, shorten or prolongate the Sweepstake, or replace the advertised prize with another prize of similar value.

7. Personal Information

Personal Information (identity and contact details) provided by the Participant upon his/her entering the Sweepstakes, or by the Winners following the Notification, will be processed by the Promoter, based on the consent of the Participants.

Personal Information will be stored in an electronic file and are necessary for the processing of the Sweepstakes’ participation, determination of the Winners, publication of the Winners names and delivery of the prizes.

Personal Information will be accessible only to the Promoter’s marketing teams and to the Promoter’s service providers involved with the Sweepstake operation (if any).

In addition to its participation in the Sweepstakes, the Participant can also choose to receive, from time to time, information about the artist through emails from the Promoter. This subscription is optional, and the Participant can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” in the email received.

The Participant can access his/her Personal Information stored by the Promoter, correct it or request it to be erased, or ask for the Promoter to send him/her a copy of said information. To exercise these rights or for any questions regarding the processing of his/her Personal Information, the Participant can contact the Promoter using the the following form .

8. Miscellaneous

Participation to the Sweepstakes implies unconditional acceptance of these Sweepstakes rules. Any Participant in breach of these rules or trying to increase his/her chances to win by fraud, in any way whatsoever, can be excluded from the Sweepstakes.
